HP Launches New Solutions and Program Enhancements to Strengthen Collaboration with APJ Partners
HP announced new solutions and program enhancements that accelerate growth and expand revenue opportunities for channel partners in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). The new offerings include pre-integrated IT systems, storage solutions and updates to its flagship PartnerOne program enabling partners to pursue growth markets and win more business in the new era of computing.

To meet enterprise and SMB customer demands, channel partners need new ways to deliver solutions that help modernize infrastructures, tackle growing data and embrace the New Style of IT driven by big data, cloud and mobility. The new HP offerings provide partners with the technology, expertise and support to their customers’ needs, while capturing new opportunities and driving profitable growth.

The new offerings from HP include:
·    Enhancements to the HP PartnerOne program including tools and resources that help partners stay ahead of competitors and meet evolving customer needs.

·    HP ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA, a portfolio of integrated IT systems purpose-built that enable channel partners to deliver the fastest path to value for SAP HANA platforms.

·    The new HP MSA 1040 Storage system which enables channel partners to offer industry-leading storage technology at a new level of affordability, thereby accelerating sales in the entry-level storage segment.

New programs and tools help partners accelerate business

HP is enhancing partner collaboration and support with tools, solutions and programs that help propel partners to success. For example, the company is launching HP PartnerOne for Cloud to help partners meet customer demand for hybrid cloud solutions spanning private, public and managed deployments. HP is also opening up its complete portfolio of support services to partners, enabling them to co-sell HP Datacenter Services, HP Flexible Capacity Services and HP Proactive Care Services and renew their installed base using the enhanced HP Services360 Pro application.

By providing new training, certification and financial services, HP is equipping partners with the expertise and support to expand into high-growth markets such as cloud, big data and delivery of HP-branded consulting and support services.

Channel-optimized ConvergedSystems for data management

HP understands partners are looking for ways to overcome the arduous business of assembly and infrastructure architecting so they can address customer issues faster. HP ConvergedSystem offerings enable partners to help clients get their infrastructure set up and running in as few as 15 days—enabling partners to get to their services billings more quickly and drive revenue faster.

The new HP ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA portfolio, including the new HP ConvergedSystem 500, delivers pre-integrated systems that are channel-optimized to deliver the highest levels of performance and availability for enterprise in-memory computing initiatives.

Expanding sales opportunities with simple, affordable storage for SMBs

HP is introducing new solutions are under the HP Simply StoreIT program, which is part of the HP Just Right IT comprehensive portfolio of products and solutions designed to help partners market, sell, design and deploy solutions to SMBs. The new offerings are designed to accelerate the ability of HP channel partners to address customer challenges and pursue new revenue opportunities.

For example, the new HP MSA 1040 Storage system delivers up to 50 percent higher performance than its predecessor at a 25 percent lower starting price.(2) This new generation of MSA makes it possible for more SMBs to access the resilient shared storage required for initiatives such as server virtualization. It also is the most affordable dual-controller storage system available worldwide from a major vendor.(3)

The next-generation HP StoreEasy Storage family and enhancements to HP StoreOnce Backup systems. These updates give SMBs affordable and scalable ways to store, manage and protect increasing amounts of data without the need for special IT skills.
