TMC-BJP is heading for a showdown in the winter session of the parliament starting from tomorrow. The Trinamool Congress on Sunday called national security adviser Ajit Doval a known RSS sympathizer and alleged that the Burdwan blast was a part of a "devious" master gameplan of the BJP that was "conceived, drafted and approved by RSS".
TMC spokesman Derek O'Brien has said BJP is using black money to fund its election campaigns in the recently concluded as well as upcoming state assembly elections. Trinamool will raise the black money issue in the parliament in a big way. "They have failed to bring back the black money back in 100 days and we are going expose them in parliament,” said Derek O'Brien in a TV debate today. “We are also going to raise the communal polarization politics played by BJP in West Bengal. We will bring 100 communal incidents happened in west Bengal on the floor of the house and will expose the BJP and its game plan to make west Bengal a communal battlefield,” he added.
Back home TCM is facing the heat from Sharada and Burdwan blast in West Bengal and have decided to hit back at BJP which is gaining ground in West Bengal of late.
Meanwhile, Union Finance minister Arun Jaitley has slammed Mamata in his blog today. Referring to the Burdwan blasts probe, Jaitley wrote, "The National Intelligence Agency (NIA) has arrested several people who have engineered the blast. They are enemies of the State. The West Bengal Police or the other intelligence agencies have no substantive material to establish that the blast was stage-managed? If there is no such material, why has Didi chosen to allege that the blast was stage-managed? Such allegations clearly help the actual culprits. This is neither responsible nor nationalistic."
TMC's Derek O'Brien has reacted angrily to these charges and said that TMC does not need any lessens from Jaitley or BJP on this. In the parliament TMC along with JDU CPIM, SP, BSP will oppose the proposed amendments in the insurance bill.
