6 laning of Mysore- Bengaluru highway, Widening of NH29- Bangalore to Dindugal, Widening of NH-4-Neelmangala to Tumkuru, 4 lane highway between Hoskote to Dobbaspet, Express highway between Bangalore-Chennai are some of the projects planned to overcome the transport challenges of Bengaluru, said Union Minister Nitin Gadkari - Road Transport, Highways and Shipping at a meeting organized by Namma Bengaluru Foundation (NBF).
Gadkari promised that during the upcoming budget, new projects will be announced and State govt will need to contribute 51%.
