Bengaluru based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises has reported 12% year on year decline in its Q1 consolidated net profit. Its Q1 PAT stood at Rs. 22.2 cr vis-a-vis Rs. 25.3 cr. Its total consolidated revenue for the quarter ended June 2016 rose 6% to Rs 466.4 cr.
